Generally, solvent based adhesives, catalysts, and other chemicals/components are used to manufacture shoes.  This is what led the state of California to mandate shoe manufacturers and brands to market their products with the proper labeling requirements, as established by proposition 65. 

Cinco Studio knows that these solvent based adhesives,catalysts, and other chemicals/components can be absorbed through the skin and be harmful.  Therefore, Cinco Studio only uses high quality, water-based adhesives and catalysts that will not impact our customers’ health in any way.  All our manufacturing materials have been tested and certified by an independent third-party laboratory (Intertek) to not only ensure our boots are above industry standards but confirm the safety of our customers.
