Do you ship overseas?

How long will it take to get my order?

What size men's boots/shoes should I order?

Please refer to the sizing guide on each product page. Our Boots are true to size. Therefore, we recommend ordering you regular boots or high-quality shoes size. Our boots have extra space on toes. If you're between sizes, go for the smaller one.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I exchange or return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to exchange or return an order, we’re happy to help. According to our returns policy, we accept exchanges and returns of unused and undamaged items. Just visit our Returns & Exchanges page or contact us via email at, and we’ll take you through the process. 

How do I return or exchange a product?

Please make sure to include in your email your full name, order number, reason for the return and attach three pictures of the pair you currently have showing each side of the boots and another picture of the soles.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a shipping label and confirmation email.

What items are returnable?

- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable?

The following items cannot be
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on shipping the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Where is Cinco Studio from?

Cinco Studio was born in the heart of Mexico. After years of selling and operating locally, we decided to introduce our brand internationally by establishing our presence in Houston, Tx. We now have full-time team members and collaborators in both countries to guarantee a consistent flow of high-quality products with fantastic customer service support.

When was Cinco Studio founded?

Cinco Studio was founded in 2018 by Mexican designer J. Sebastian. In 2020, MR Projects Group joined the brand to help accelerate growth and expansion through the Americas.
